WHY US
Jonathan and his wife found themselves in a position in 2017 where they had just got married. They were in love and both living in Essex, working in London. Jonathan has 2 children from a previous marriage and they are based in Wales.
They are looking to buy their home together and in doing so they decide that Wales is the location for them, the beautiful mountains, the clean air; the relaxed pace of life.
They use a mortgage advisor to help them negotiate the journey as neither have any experience of buying a home or property, this fuels the desire to start a business specialising in helping people get onto the property ladder, realise the dreams within the home or find the next or even investment property.
